No. The simulator records the data from any compatible sensors you have, but it doesn't control the resistance, which depends on your speed.
How is the resistance modified?
The resistance depends on the speed. The higher the speed, the higher the resistance.
What does it mean to have a gradual resistance curve?
The speed increases logarithmically with speed. The resistance increases automatically with speed and likewise decreases as the speed drops.
Does it need electricity?
The Bkool One doesn't need any type of electricity. You can use it anywhere.
What is 3D World? Why is it different from others?
Bkool has developed an exclusive technology, unique in the world. The 3D is created instantly as you pedal, in contrast to others that are recorded and feature limited scenarios. You can cover routes anywhere on Earth, with these reflecting the actual terrain. What do you mean when you say that the trainer includes a simulator?
The Bkool trainer includes a simulator with advanced software that will let you, for example, select from over 500,000 routes or hundreds of videos and ride with your friends from home. These days, a trainer without a simulator is a thing of the past.
Does the simulator gather data if I use the Bkool One trainer?
In order for the simulator to record your workout data you must have compatible sensors. Also, the device you run the simulator on must be able to detect them using either ANT+ or Bluetooth. Consult your device's features and the simulator's requirements to see if you need an ANT+ or Bluetooth connector.
What sensors can I use with the simulator?
You can use speed, cadence, heart rate and power sensors that use the ANT+ or Bluetooth communications protocols.

Can I use the Bkool One trainer and the simulator without any sensors?
