1. Incorporation of personal data to the BKOOL files

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter LOPD), you are notified that all of the personal information provided by the User through the website accessible via the domain name www.bkool.com and its subdomains (hereinafter "the website") will be added to and processed by files owned by BKOOL S.L. (hereinafter "BKOOL") for the following purposes: to allow us to provide the services requested by Users, as well as to keep them informed, including by electronic means, of the products and/or services of BKOOL and of third parties involved exclusively in the following areas of activity: sports, food and drink, family and home, non-profits and NGOs, telecommunications, financial and insurance, leisure and travel, training, personal hygiene and home care, cosmetics, automotive, energy and textile. Users not wishing to receive this type of communication can inform us by writing to info@bkool.com.

2. Exercise of rights

Users can exercise their rights to access, correct, delete and challenge their data as provided for in the LOPD by writing to BKOOL, C/San Joaquín, 3, 28231 – Las Rozas (Madrid), Spain, or by sending an e-mail to info@bkool.com. In either case interested Users must include a copy of their National ID Card, passport or other valid document to certify their identity.

The User's personal data will be processed by BKOOL in the strictest confidentiality, applying the technical and organizational security measures required pursuant to Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approved the regulation that develops Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal information, or the regulation that replaces it. 

4. Limitations for minors

Those under the age of 14 must not provide their personal data to BKOOL without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. Please, if you are a minor first ask your parents or guardians to get in contact with us.
