- How the leagues work
This page gives a quick overview of all the things that are happening at Bkool.
In this section you'll find your most recent activity and the activity of your friends on Bkool.
All of your sessions will show up on this wall, which your friends will be able to see.
On the right you can find different sections, like your scheduled sessions, invite friends, your profile, etc.
In this section you'll find a selection of featured sessions, from the highest scoring to the latest video routes. From here you can schedule your trainer sessions or go to the advanced settings, where you can add rivals, splits, etc.
1. Search options. 2. List or map display 3. Schedule session. 4. Set up session.
Look for a session. The search option lets you filter from among the over 500,000 sessions on Bkool. Use the tabs on the left to select among GPS, non-GPS and velodrome routes. On each tab you can filter by distance, time, city, video routes, 3D, etc. The center part will show the results of the search, which you can display in list form or on a map.
Schedule a session. If you hover over any route you'll see the option to schedule it. For video sessions, there will also be a button to play a few seconds of the video. By default sessions are scheduled to be done that day or the following day. If you don't do them by then, they will be deleted from your scheduled sessions.
Advanced settings. Each route has a settings button on the lower left. You can use it to add rivals, splits, targets (heart rate, power, cadence and zone), change the date, make it private, etc.
UPF test. To assess your fitness level, you can schedule a UPF test in the "non GPS" tab.
Velodrome. On this tab you need only filter by laps or time and hover the mouse over the route to schedule it.
1. Velodrome by laps or time. 2. Schedule session.
This is the same as the search tool (Section 2.2), but the search is limited to the hundreds of video routes available. Notice there are two tabs, one for Bkool videos recorded by us, and one for community videos recorded by users. Yes, you can record your own videos! Check Section 2.7.1

After creating the plan. After you've completed all the steps, the system will automatically create the sessions and add them to your calendar.
In the simulator.. Every time you go into simulator, you'll see a section labeled "Plan" where you'll find the sessions in your training plan so you can begin as soon as you want.
