  • How do I make my first training session?

    1- Register. If you are not registered at bkool.com, do so now. You will need to use the same registration email and password to log into the Bkool simulator.

  • Problems with external sensors

    Make sure they are paired to the simulator. You'll be able to see if they've been detected because they will be shown in white on the main screen (bottom right).

  • Why aren't my sessions being saved in my history?

    You can see if you have sessions awaiting upload. To do so, go in the simulator and click on Settings at the top. Then, at the top of the menu displayed, you will see “About the App”. Click on it and in “Completed sessions remaining to send”, see if the number is zero or not.

  • Spectator Mode

    You'll be able to see other riders in a session by going into the simulator in spectator mode. To do so, go into Bkool Indoor and look for the session you want to see.
