My trainer isn’t detectable via ANT+2017-03-28
If your trainer model is the previous Classic version (white), plug the trainer into a wall outlet and see if you can hear the typical trainer buzzing noise. Also check if the PC detects it when you connect to a computer using a USB Host or Mini USB cable (depending on your trainer’s connection). Does it make the usual noise when external devices are connected? If the PC does not detect the trainer, use a multimeter to make sure the adapter is supplying a constant 15 VDC.
If you have a latest-generation Pro, Go or Classic trainer model, make sure the LED at the rear is steady green when you plug it in. If it is not, use a multimeter to make sure the adapter is supplying a constant 12-15 VDC.
If it is green, make sure the trainer is not connected via Bluetooth to any other device, since in that case it will not be visible to other computers or tablets.
