Why aren't my sessions being saved in my history?


You can see if you have sessions awaiting upload. To do so, go in the simulator and click on Settings at the top. Then, at the top of the menu displayed, you will see “About the App”. Click on it and in “Completed sessions remaining to send”, see if the number is zero or not.

If it is zero, the session (or sessions) have been correctly uploaded to the website, though they may not have been processed yet. They will show up in your history in a few hours.

If it is not zero, a firewall or antivirus on your computer may be interfering with the communications between the simulator and server. Try setting up an exception for our software (BSim2.exe) on both programs, or deactivating them completely. If the antivirus is free, you can simply uninstall it and install a different one later.
