  • Do I need an internet connection to do sessions?

    In order to use the trainer with our Bkool simulator, you need a 2MB internet connection. If you lose your internet connection, you can finish a session, but not start one.

  • What do I need for the simulator to work on my tablet?

  • Challenges / Events sessions

    The session will be created at the event start time and placed in the “Live” section as Featured. Riders will be able to join the session during the 10-minute warm-up.

  • Using the simulator with stationary bicycles or conventional trainers

    You can use our simulator with any conventional trainer or stationary bike by pairing a compatible ANT+ or Bluetooth speed, cadence, power or heart rate sensor. In this case, it will not be possible to control the resistance of your trainer or bike.

  • Can I use the simulator on my TV?

    You will first have to install the simulator on a compatible computer or tablet. Then connect that device to the TV using an HDMI or similar cable to see the image on it.

  • Where are screen captures stored?

    Screen captures are stored on the profile details. In your History, click on “See” on any of the sessions. Then click on the session name to see the profile details. You can see captures in the 3D tab.
