  • The trainer loses its connection to the simulator

Do you have another wireless device, such as a mouse, keyboard or telephone near the PC? If so, turn them off before starting a session with Bkool. If you are using a USB ANT+ antenna, try connecting it using a USB extension cable (50-100 cm long) so the trainer is away from the computer or tablet and can receive a better signal. Do a session using these steps and see if the problem continues.

  • Creating your own 3D sessions

At Bkool your outdoor routes can be converted to 3D view so that you can relive, in a realistic way, your usual routes on our simulator, as if it were a video game.
