  • Changing pairing from BLE to ANT+

    Once the Bkool Pro or Go trainer is paired with an external Bluetooth device, it stops transmitting in ANT+.

  • Can I use two trainers in the same room?

    You will need two computers or tablets in order for two people to compete in the same room.

  • My trainer isn’t detectable via Bluetooth

    Make sure the LED on the trainer is green and that your computer or tablet meets the minimum requirements. See the following link.

  • Firmware update

    To ensure your Bkool <b>Pro or Go</b> is correctly updated, make sure it is within 5 cm of the PC. You can try using a USB extension cable to keep the USB ANT+ antenna away from the PC and thus improve the range. Also, turn off your computer’s Bluetooth connection. You should not have any problems updating the trainer.

  • What firmware version does my trainer have?

    Click on the “Settings” button at the top of the simulator. In the menu you will see an “About the App” button. Click on it. If the trainer is paired, you will be able to see your trainer’s version in the Sensors section.

  • Trainers and sensors paired via Bluetooth

    The Bkool Pro and Go trainers can be connected via Bluetooth to any compatible computer or tablet and controlled by the simulator without using USB ANT+.

  • The trainer loses its connection to the simulator

    Do you have another wireless device, such as a mouse, keyboard or telephone near the PC? If so, turn them off before starting a session with Bkool. If you are using a USB ANT+ antenna, try connecting it using a USB extension cable

  • Pro trainer plastic base breakage

    This type of breakage is caused by improper trainer transport. It is not covered under the warranty. To move or transport the trainer, separate the resistance unit from the stand as indicated in the instructions.
